Entry #3: [Zany] check your blind spot!

I have considered the fact that since this is my blog, I should include some stuff from my recent life. Considering that I have a special way of thinking about things, I can eventually turn anything around into some kind of deeper message. After all, since zany is defined as "amusingly unconventional and idiosyncratic", I should try to do things in a uniquely unexpected way as one would expect.

In recent times in my life, I have been doing practice driving. Because I used to be homeschooled and I didn't get the peer motivation to get my licence quickly, and also combined with my parent's work schedule, I got the wheels moving on getting the wheel moving to get the wheels moving pretty late. Considering I am almost out of high school, it is important that I get my driving skills up!

The other day when I was practice driving, I was changing lanes without checking my blind spot. Thankfully there was a middle lance, because I moved with a car right next to me! Also thankfully the other driver was on the ball when I did this uncareful act and avoided me. Literally thank God for keeping me safe out there! And so, on with the message for today:

I was thinking in the shower trying to figure out how to turn this into some meaningful message. Since my Lord is also king of analogies, I decided to make it into one: As you go through your life you'll think that you know where you are going, but God may be working in a place He doesn't want you to be yet. Prayer is an effective way to "check your blind spot" before "changing lanes" in your life in order to avoid a spiritual accident.

I hope today's message has been zany enough for you! I put a lot of thought into it, but unfortunately I had to draft is hastefully. I realize the importance of having great faith in both good and bad times in one's life. So reader, as you go throughout your life be sure to "check your blind spot" with prayer to make sure you are in just the right lane that will lead you on the (proverbial) road the heaven!
